Susie Shellenberger

Susie is a former high school speech and drama teacher, has written 34 books, co-hosts the national teen call-in radio show “Life on the Edge Live!” and receives more than 1,000 letters and e-mails from teens each month. Susie is also a former youth minister and the founding editor of BRIO Magazine for teen girls with a circulation of approximately 200,000. Susie is currently employed with Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs, CO.

She takes approximately 800 teens and adults on a two-week international missions trip each year, teaching them that when they enter a relationship with Jesus Christ, it’s something so huge, so sacred, so amazing that it transcends their comprehension. “God is so much more than your best Friend,” she says. “He’s your Savior, your Energizer, your Guide, your ALL. He wants to permeate every area of your life!”

Susie is a keynote speaker at the Girls of Grace conferences with Point of Grace, and has traveled on tour as a speaker for Rebecca St. James and also spoken for Zoegirl’s Freedom tour. She is an ordained elder and registered evangelist in the Church of the Nazarene.
